Design and Contractor Selection Phase
  • Defining project requirements
  • Identify the basic responsibilities of the Owner, Consultants and Project Manager
  • Establish and review the scope, cost and schedule of the project
  • Obtain proposals and review scope of work of Architect(s), Engineer(s) and their sub-consultants and recommend to Owner for approvals
  • Review of drawings prepared by the architects, engineers and the other professionals
  • Prepare the instructions to bidders and bid forms
